I’m Charlie, one of the lucky dogs who gets to spend time with Marissa at Pawsitively Purrfect Pet Sitting. I’m sure you’ve heard about different pet sitting services in and around Houston, Texas - but let me tell you, my Mom and Dad are SO glad they use Pawsitively Purrfect and so am I!

I’m a pretty smart dog (just ask my Mom & Dad), and I’ve talked to some other dogs who have been visited by other pet sitters in West University and River Oaks areas, but from what they tell me, those folks just don’t compare to Marissa! Other sitters are okay for the little things like food and water, but for FUN and LOTS OF TLC, you should definitely call Pawsitively Purrfect!

My Mom & Dad sometimes go on vacations and know that I miss them when they are gone, so they interviewed a number of pet sitters in Houston Inner Loop and surrounding areas before they chose Pawsitively Purrfect. They even let me be part of the interviews, and I made sure they knew how I felt about Marissa! I was wagging my tail and jumping with excitement when I met her – she’s so nice, I’d swear she was part dog!

Of course, there were other reasons my parents picked Pawsitively Purrfect. They are one of the most experienced pet sitters in the Inner Loop (and my parents know how important that is!).  My Mom and Dad appreciated the fact that Marissa has veterinary experience. They also like the flexibility and dedication of the Pawsitively Purrfect family!

Why do I love Pawsitively Purrfect? They're the BEST pet sitters in Houston!

Marissa always makes me feel SO special when she comes to see me! When my Mom and Dad travel, she visits me three times a day so I won’t get bored or lonely. She makes sure I have fresh food & cold water in my bowls, takes me for a walk at my favorite park (so I can see my buddies even when Mom and Dad are gone) and plays with me.  Marissa knows what all my favorite toys & treats are and can find just the right spot for belly rubs that make me kick my leg!

My parents love Marissa because she’s really smart (for a person). She never forgets even one part of my routine, so I always feel comfortable and happy. She does extra chores for my Mom and Dad, like watering the plants and bringing in the mail. Lucky for me, she gets those boring things done first, and then it’s all about me! She even sleeps over sometimes so I can snuggle up and watch television with her, then sleep in my own bed. It’s like a slumber party!

Marissa gives good hugs and lots of love, too. Don’t tell my Mom & Dad, but I really look forward to my visits with the ladies from Pawsitively Purrfect when they are on vacation (I don’t want them to get jealous)!

The best part is I get to stay in my own home and I don’t have to go to one of those scary kennels.  I’m not comfortable going where there are lots of strange dogs barking at me, and I hate sleeping in a cage!  My Dad is so glad he doesn’t have to worry about me picking up nasty germs or fleas and ticks from strange animals at the kennel.

My friends from the dog park tell me that the ladies at Pawsitively Purrfect are great for going on daily walks, too. My buddy Lady has parents who work a lot and they knew she would get lonely. Now Lady gets to walk and play with Marissa every afternoon! You have to love parents who know we need company and some entertainment during the day!

Even Tigger, who isn’t bad for a cat, loves Pawsitively Purrfect. Tigger has diabetes. He gets around pretty well, but he needs insulin shots every day. His family never has to worry about him when they go away because everyone at Pawsitively Purrfect takes such great care of him! They give him his medicine, check to make sure he’s feeling well and is eating right…everything Tigger needs. They are so good to him!

So, if you have a pet you really love (and who doesn’t, right?), take my word for it – Pawsitively Purrfect are the absolute best group of pet sitters in the Houston area! After one visit, your pet will tell you – these guys are Pawsitively Purrfect!

P.S. Marissa has training in pet CPR and first aid, too. That’s really important in case I get into mischief!
